To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Our designs are made from delicate vintage materials and are artisan made, which means that they should be treated with the utmost care. As such, there may be naturally occurring flaws in the fabrication. We believe that makes them more beautiful, but please understand that these items will wear more readily than new, synthetic materials.
